Ivy - Soul Calibur V III by CrystalGraziano Ivy - Soul Calibur V III by CrystalGraziano
This costume took a couple months to make. The purple snakeskin spandex is actually from 3 awful clubbing dresses that I found online, because purple snakeskin spandex apparently does not exist in yardage form (I looked everywhere!). The straps and detailing on the coat and shoes are made out of white pleather and purple suede. The teddy, thigh inserts, and cuff are all made from the same mauve lace, and the teddy has a built in bra. The dicky, gloves, and choker were sewn from a burgundy cotton.

The pauldron was sculpted out of Klean Klay Firm, molded in silicone, and cast in resin, and her gauntlet is made of sintra. The finger tip armor is actually thimbles, apoxie sculpt, and zip ties. The ankle armor was made out of craft foam for minimal weight. Lastly the sword hilt was sculpted and cast in resin, the handle is apoxie sculpt and MDF, and the blade is sintra. I currently only have the untransformed sword, but I'll be making the whip version soon.

Amazing, I'm not surprised it took so long to make the outfit. It's really awesome!

Ivy looks ready to fight! :D Ever thought of cosplaying at a cathedral? Or have someone with awesome photoshop skills to make your sword turn into a whip (like you're attacking)? That'd be so cool :la:

Wow, theres Belle Chere then you as my two favorite ivy cosplays.
1. Because the models are curvy enough (in the right places) to pull it off.
2. Because the quality of the photo. They use really great locations, and convey a certain mood with the pieces.
3. The craftsmanship of the actual costume.

This is my favorite of the set. Not because of the back view (even though it sint bad) but because of that gorgeous chandelier, and that dreamy lighting. It just screams IVY ! This, out of all of the photos of yours, shows off IVy's personality the most.

Well Done
